What does every membership plan include?
Every plan includes two cleanings and exams per year with X-rays, plus a 15% discount on most additional procedures. There are no claims to file, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums.
How does the Spouse Add-On work?
The Spouse Add-On is $449 per year, a $50 savings off the individual Adult Plan price. It must be linked to an active Adult or Perio membership. Your spouse receives the same benefits: two cleanings, exams, X-rays, and 15% off most procedures.
What ages qualify for the Child Plan?
The Child Plan covers patients ages 0 through 13. Patients 14 and older would enroll in the Adult Plan or Perio Plan depending on their dental needs.
Who is the Perio Plan for?
The Perio Plan is for patients who require periodontal maintenance rather than standard cleanings. If you have been diagnosed with gum disease or your dentist has recommended periodontal maintenance visits, the Perio Plan covers those visits.
Are there waiting periods or annual maximums?
No. There are no waiting periods and no annual maximums. Your benefits begin as soon as you enroll, and your 15% discount applies to eligible procedures throughout the year with no cap.
